Then, expose the wound and take any piece of cloth covering it off to have a better look at how bad it is. Secondly, open the bandage and remove from foil pack. Apply the dressing directly onto wound, making sure you completely cover it. You will then bind the stretchy bandage around the injured area, and you want to use some tension in wrapping it BUT YOU MUST NOT WRAP IT TOO TIGHT; at this point in time your aorta is probably looking like «quaking» as well (aha). You need to apply just the right amount of pressure that control bleeding and you have not stopped blood flow. Eventually, tie the bandage in place using the woven strip. You can press down on the bandage for more pressure if its necessary, while bleeding.
The Original Israeli Bandage should be included in every first aid kit, especially since the bandages claim from anyone who spends any significant amount of time outdoors or plays sports; and are also handy for use by residents living far away from healthcare facilities.
